RDEx is intended only for adults age 18 or older, or a higher local minimum age where required. Members must attest that they meet this requirement. An age declaration is not independent identity or age verification. Report any suspected underage account immediately.
What is prohibited
RDEx prohibits human and sex trafficking, coercion, sexual exploitation, grooming, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), illegal acts, fraud, threats, harassment, impersonation, and nonconsensual content. These restrictions apply to profiles, messages, and other platform activity.
Report or block
Members can report concerns from profiles or conversations and choose a reason, including child safety, suspected trafficking, exploitation, impersonation, and illegal activity. Members can also block accounts. Reports are routed for authorized moderation review. To report an issue outside the app, contact support@meetrdex.com. Do not send illegal images or suspected CSAM by email.
How reports are handled
Reports are reviewed using available account and report information. Critical child-safety and exploitation reports are prioritized for administrator review. Depending on the circumstances, RDEx may warn, restrict, suspend, or ban an account, or remove reported profile content. Decisions are based on available evidence and applicable rules. Reporting does not guarantee a particular outcome or response time.
Safety escalation and legal requests
Suspected exploitation and child safety incidents may require additional review and, where legally required or appropriate, referral to competent authorities. We assess requests for account information in accordance with applicable law and our Law Enforcement Request Protocol. RDEx is not an emergency service. For imminent danger, contact local emergency services.
Limitations and privacy
RDEx does not claim universal identity checks, independent age verification, or automated scanning of all content. We limit investigative access to authorized personnel. Removing a profile image or message reference does not necessarily delete previously shared copies or public file URLs. Do not download or redistribute suspected illegal material to make a report.
Appeals and contact
Members can request a review of an enforcement decision or raise a safety concern at support@meetrdex.com. RDEx may withhold information that would expose a reporter, compromise safety, or violate privacy or legal obligations.
