Scope and contact
This notice describes personal information handling through meetrdex.com and RDEx, operated by RDEX LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company. Privacy questions and requests: support@meetrdex.com. Do not email passwords, full card numbers, government identity documents, or verification selfies. RDEx is in prelaunch testing; this notice does not represent worldwide service availability.
Information you provide
We collect account information such as email, display name, and sign-in information. If you sign in through Google, we receive the information authorized through that sign-in process. Our platform provider handles authentication; administrators do not need your password to provide support.
Profile information can include age, photos, videos and recorded audio, biography, written and video answers, gender, dating preferences, relationship goals, relationship history, divorce or separation information, children, and country, state or province, and city. Some of this information is sensitive or can reveal sexual orientation or private family circumstances. Avoid posting details you do not want other members to see. Do not post identifiable photos or private identifying information about children on your dating profile. Obtain appropriate permission before sharing information about other adults.
We store messages, reactions, likes, passes, matches, blocks, reports, supporting evidence, feedback, and support communications. Historical photo-verification submissions may include a selfie, review status, and reviewer notes. New verification intake is paused while storage-access safeguards are reviewed. Do not submit new verification media through email. Verification media is not intended for profile display; removal of historical public uploads is a separate provider process. The reviewed verification process uses human photo review, not biometric face-template matching or a criminal background check.
Usage and payment information
We use service activity information, such as interactions, read and delivery status, recent activity, and diagnostic events needed for service operation. Support reports may include browser, device type, operating system, app version, and screenshots you choose to attach. Infrastructure providers may process IP addresses and technical logs. Optional Base44 product analytics is disabled in the current app configuration. RDEx asks you to select a city and region; this does not mean the app collects precise GPS location.
Stripe processes payment information. RDEx stores subscription information, such as customer and subscription identifiers, selected plan, billing interval, status, and relevant dates. RDEx does not store full card numbers through its Stripe checkout integration. Stripe also processes information under its own privacy policy.
How information is used
We use information to create accounts, present profiles, apply discovery preferences, enable matching and messaging, manage subscriptions, provide support, handle historical verification records, investigate abuse, and maintain reliability. Activity information supports presence indicators and delivery information. Notification preferences control optional communications where supported. Required security, service, or billing messages may still be sent.
Who receives information
Other members can see profile content presented through the service and information you share in conversations. Profile photos and videos uploaded as public files can also be opened by anyone who has the direct file link, including outside a signed-in session. Visibility, incognito, blocking, and profile removal controls do not revoke an existing public file URL. Removing the stored file is a separate process. Others may save or share content they receive, and RDEx cannot control their independent copies.
Authorized personnel and service providers may access information to operate the service, provide support, handle reports, or comply with law. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted by RDEx and should not be understood as inaccessible to service operators. We use Base44 for application infrastructure, authentication, storage, and email, and Stripe for payments and subscription management. Google processes information when you choose Google sign-in. Daily provides video-call infrastructure for the limited beta calling feature. Providers process information in connection with their services and applicable agreements.
We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction subject to applicable privacy obligations.
Your choices and requests
You can edit your profile, change available visibility and notification settings, block or report members, and use the account data export tool. The export contains selected account records and may not include every record held by a provider. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a refusal. Contact support@meetrdex.com. We may verify identity using proportionate information and will explain any applicable exception. You may also complain to the privacy regulator where you live or work. Withdrawing consent does not undo lawful processing before withdrawal.
Purposes and lawful bases
Where applicable data-protection law requires a lawful basis, the relevant basis depends on the processing: providing requested account and membership services, proportionate security and reliability interests, complying with legal obligations, or consent where required. Sensitive information may require an additional legal condition. Agreement to the Terms or acknowledgment of this notice is not blanket consent to sensitive-data use, optional tracking, or marketing. Contact support@meetrdex.com for information about processing of your data or to exercise applicable rights.
Deletion and retention
Use Account settings to request account deletion. The process checks associated subscriptions and stops paid billing before removing your login, profile, and selected activity records. Immediate account deletion ends remaining paid access and does not itself issue a refund. If cancellation cannot be confirmed, removal is paused and the request remains available for follow-up. Uploaded-file removal is separate and is tracked until our storage provider confirms completion. Public file links can continue working while cleanup is pending. We retain limited information needed for billing, safety investigations, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and disputes, subject to applicable limits. Other members may retain copies you shared. Backups follow provider retention cycles. Contact support with your deletion reference for status.
Retention depends on the record and purpose: whether the account is active, whether a deletion request or provider cleanup is pending, the status of a safety or billing dispute, and applicable recordkeeping or preservation obligations. We do not promise immediate erasure of all provider copies or a universal deletion deadline. Ask support about the status of a particular request. Information retained for an unresolved obligation is limited to that purpose.
Security children and processing locations
We use technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security. RDEx is for adults 18 and older, subject to any higher local minimum. Report suspected underage accounts so we can investigate. Providers may process information in the United States and other locations, where privacy laws may differ. Contact support@meetrdex.com about the processing locations and transfer arrangements applicable to your information. Publication of this notice does not establish that RDEx is available in every country.
Changes
We will update this notice as practices change and give notice or request consent where required. Privacy contact: support@meetrdex.com.
