Terms of Service

RDEx helps adults build connections after divorce, separation, or the end of a long-term relationship. These Terms govern RDEx and meetrdex.com, operated by RDEX LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company. Contact support@meetrdex.com. RDEx is currently in prelaunch testing; availability of features and paid memberships is limited. These Terms do not announce a general launch.

You must be at least 18, have reached any higher minimum age required for this service where you live, and be legally able to enter this agreement. Use accurate age and account information and your own identity. Do not impersonate someone else, create an account for a minor, or evade a suspension or ban. Keep your credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. You remain responsible for activity you authorize.

Do not use RDEx where the service is prohibited by applicable law or payment-provider restrictions. RDEx does not permit service to persons located in, resident in, or citizens of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, or Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions, or to persons or entities subject to applicable sanctions or restricted-party prohibitions. This list is not exhaustive and may change. Do not conceal your location, identity, or eligibility or use another person to bypass these restrictions. Contact support if you are unsure whether you are eligible. Availability elsewhere is not a guarantee that RDEx is offered or legally available in every jurisdiction.

Follow our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms. Human trafficking, including sexual exploitation, and aiding, abetting, encouraging, or facilitating abuse are prohibited. Harassment, threats, hateful conduct, scams, requests for money, nonconsensual sexual content, and unlawful activity are prohibited. Do not scrape profiles, collect member information without permission, send spam, interfere with the service, or bypass access controls. Report suspected abuse through the app or support@meetrdex.com.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You must have permission to share it, including consent from identifiable people where needed. You give RDEx a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, and display your content to operate the service and handle safety reports. This does not authorize using your likeness in external advertising without separate permission. The license ends when content is removed, except for limited storage or processing needed to complete deletion, handle legal obligations or safety investigations, or allow backup copies to expire. It does not authorize continued profile display after removal.

You decide whom to contact and meet. RDEx does not guarantee a match, relationship, response, or member availability in your area. A photo verification badge, where based on review, is not a background check or a guarantee of identity, age, relationship status, or safety. Do not assume other members have undergone criminal background checks. Use care, meet in public, and never send money to someone you meet through the service. RDEx is not an emergency response service.

New photo-verification uploads are paused. Do not email selfies or identity documents. We have not announced a reopening date. Membership purchases do not grant a verification badge.

Premium and Platinum are optional subscriptions. Before purchase, review the plan benefits, full amount charged, billing interval, taxes if applicable, and renewal terms displayed at checkout. Monthly, three-month, and six-month options may be offered. A monthly equivalent does not mean a multi-month plan is charged monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected interval until canceled. Our Membership Cancellation and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Memberships pay for subscription features, not individual messages or chat credits. RDEx does not offer pay-per-message or credit-based chat purchases. A subscription does not guarantee another member will communicate with you.

We may investigate reports, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or end access for violations, fraud, safety concerns, or legal requirements. Depending on the circumstances, we may act without advance notice. You can ask us to review a moderation decision at support@meetrdex.com. We may protect reporter identities and confidential investigative details. Mandatory refund and cancellation rights still apply.

We work to maintain RDEx but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of particular outcomes. These Terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Tennessee law governs except where mandatory laws protecting you require otherwise. Contact us to try to resolve a dispute; contacting us does not prevent you from using a regulator, court, or other remedy available under law. These Terms include no mandatory arbitration or class action waiver.

We will identify the effective date of changes and provide notice of material changes through the service or email where appropriate. Where required, we will obtain new consent before changes apply.
