Safety and Enforcement Practices

Contact and scope

RDEX LLC operates RDEx and meetrdex.com. Law-enforcement agencies may contact support@meetrdex.com with the subject “Law enforcement request.” This mailbox is not monitored continuously and is not an emergency dispatch service. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Sending a request does not itself establish valid service of legal process or entitlement to records.

Request information and authentication

Identify the requesting agency, officer or authorized official, official contact information, case reference, applicable legal authority, requested records, relevant dates and time zone, and specific account identifiers. Explain the scope and basis of the request and provide applicable legal process. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive attachments. Do not email illegal imagery or private verification media. We may independently verify the request and arrange an appropriate secure channel before receiving sensitive material or providing any records.

Review and disclosure

We review requests for authenticity, legal validity, jurisdiction, scope, and applicable privacy obligations. We may seek clarification or appropriate legal process and limit or decline requests where permitted or required by law. We disclose information only when legally required or otherwise lawfully permitted, and only within the applicable scope. We do not provide unrestricted access to member accounts. We cannot supply information that we do not hold or retrieve records already deleted. We may direct requests for records controlled by a provider to that provider.

Preservation requests

Clearly identify a preservation request, its legal basis, the relevant account identifiers, requested records and time range, and the requesting official. Preservation is distinct from disclosure. Any preservation is subject to applicable law, the request's scope, and the records available. Submission alone does not confirm that preservation occurred; seek an explicit response.

Emergency requests

Clearly label an emergency request and describe the specific imminent risk of death or serious physical injury, why normal legal process cannot be obtained in time, the records needed, and how they relate to the emergency. We assess requests under applicable law. We cannot promise an immediate response or disclosure. Emergency services should use their established emergency procedures rather than rely solely on this inbox.

Member notice and safety

We assess whether notice to an affected member is permitted and appropriate under applicable law, legal restrictions, and safety considerations. Notice may be delayed or withheld where legally required or permitted. Suspected exploitation or other unlawful activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Ordinary member support and abuse reports can also be sent to support@meetrdex.com.
